Former UK PM David Cameron describes ex-Indian PM Manmohan Singh in his memoir as a “saintly man” who was “robust” on the threats India faced. "Manmohan Singh said another terrorist attack like that in Mumbai in July 2011, and India would have to take military action against Pak," Cameron states in his book 'For The Record' published recently.
