UK publishes National Action Plan to protect journalists from threats, attacks

The UK government on Tuesday published the country's first National Action Plan to protect journalists from abuse and harassment. The plan includes measures for further research into the problem of threats of violence and intimidation faced by journalists in the course of their work as well as training for police forces and journalists.
